On 2 June 2025, NATO’s Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic (DIANA) officially launched its latest innovation programmes. The call is open to startups, scale-ups, and SMEs developing dual-use technologies — solutions with both civilian and defense applications.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between a Hungarian consortium, led by ITSec Area Ltd. and comprising Balasys, Ukatemi Technologies, OX-IT, X-Dev Kft., Milton Friedman University, and NATO DIANA. On March 26-27, 2024, Brigadier General Imre Porkoláb, CEO of VIKI, and Balázs Hendrich, Deputy CEO of VIKI, participated in the NATO DIANA Outreach Days held in Amsterdam. The main objective of the two-day ‘NATO DIANA Outreach Days’ event was to facilitate connections between investors, startups, and potential end-users, while also offering a platform for future collaborations.
