Hungarian Consortium Partners with NATO DIANA for Defence Innovation

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between a Hungarian consortium, led by ITSec Area Ltd. and comprising Balasys, Ukatemi Technologies, OX-IT, X-Dev Kft., Milton Friedman University, and NATO DIANA. The agreement officially recognizes the consortium as a validated testing center, dedicated to developing dual-use technologies that serve both civilian and military applications.

This collaboration will add yet another pillar to testing and integration of new technological solutions in the Hungarian defence sector and beyond. Additionally, it aligns with NATO’s broader objectives of accelerating technological innovation across the alliance, ensuring adherence to strict security standards.

Hungary’s commitment to defence innovation and national security is underscored by this partnership, and VIKI will continue to play a facilitating role in this framework.

We are proud of our partners. Congratulations to the consortium on achieving this important milestone!
