As part of the Turkish-Hungarian Year of Science and Innovation, we had the opportunity to facilitate the visit of a high-level delegation from HAVELSAN to Hungary between May 7–9, 2025.
Led by Vice President Şevket Ünal, the delegation explored opportunities to engage with Hungary’s defence innovation ecosystem.
On May 8, the delegation visited the VIKI HQ, where they were welcomed by our CEO, Dr. Gergely Németh, for an in-depth discussion on innovation priorities, strategic cooperation, and shared perspectives on technological development in the defence sector.
Throughout the visit, we coordinated meetings with the Hungarian Ministry of Defence’s Defence Innovation and Capability Development Department and with selected Hungarian companies, ensuring high-impact conversations and future-oriented connections.
