On September 19th, we had the honor of participating in the continuation of last week’s high-level event at the Újmajor Training Base, organized by the Hungarian military and represented by General Gábor Böröndi, Chief of Defence Staff. This event brought together representatives from civil society, technology innovation experts, and a distinguished delegation from the European Union Military Committee (EUMC), led by General Robert Brieger.
VIKI’s Deputy CEO, Balazs Hendrich, and Event Manager, Csaba Szarka, presented Hungary’s cutting-edge defence innovation capabilities and reaffirmed VIKI’s commitment to advancing technological excellence in military applications. The presence of General Brieger and the EUMC delegation underscored the importance of European collaboration in defence innovation and reinforced Hungary’s strategic role within the European Union.
We look forward to fostering further collaboration with partners across civil society, industry, and the military, with the goal of contributing to a safer and more technologically advanced future for Hungary and Europe.
