TECHDEF25 – Europe’s Defence and Technology Future in Budapest

Mark your calendars! TECHDEF25 – the Technology and Defence Conference is set for 9–10 December 2025 at Bálna Event Centre, Budapest.

Following the strong momentum of last year’s event, we’re proud to confirm that TECHDEF25 – the Technology and Defence Conference – will return to Budapest on 9–10 December 2025.

This year’s conference will once again bring together Europe’s defence and technology community — policymakers, researchers, industry leaders, and venture capital — to explore how collaboration can strengthen collective security and shape the future of defence.

The two-day programme combines strategic insight with hands-on cooperation: discussions on NATO and EU initiatives, lessons from ongoing conflicts, and a vibrant marketplace of ideas showcasing dual-use technologies and new partnership models between government, academia, and industry.

By bridging perspectives across the defence and technology spectrum, TECHDEF25 aims to drive progress, strengthen cross-sector ties, and build a more agile, future-ready defence landscape.
