On September 24th, VIKInfo took the spotlight at the Security and Defence Conference, an event hosted in collaboration with the University of Public Service during National Innovation Week, organized by the Hungarian Innovation Agency.
Our discussions focused on two key areas driving the future of defence. First, we explored “The Role of Digitalization in Armed Forces,” showcasing how breakthroughs in AI and XR are reshaping the defence landscape. The second session highlighted opportunities from the European Defence Fund (EDF), which supports collaborative research and development across borders in the defence industry.
In the exhibition space, we introduced our cutting-edge electric motor, the NOMAD, while sharing updates on VIKI’s latest projects and portfolio.
We’re grateful to our distinguished guests, including Zsolt Matics (CEO, Fit4Race), Gábor Radányi (CCO, Leopoly), Krisztián Busa (Head of Department, Ministry of Defence), Dr. András Levente Balog (Chief Government Representative), Gyula Horváth (Managing Director, C3S Electronics Development LLC), Attila Zsitnyányi (CEO, Gamma Technical Corporation), and Kristóf Réti (Senior Manager, HypeX Consulting), for their valuable insights. Special recognition goes to our experts, Gergely Kovács, XR Researcher, and Anna Gabriella Deák, Healthcare Engineer, for their thoughtful contributions.
We’re excited to continue these discussions and drive innovation in defence technologies and look forward to what’s next in this ever-evolving field!
