Last week, VIKI welcomed Dr. Romolusz Ruszin-Szendi, Hungary’s Minister of Defence, to our technology laboratory for an official visit and an overview of progress across our research, development and innovation projects.
Our researchers and engineers presented their latest #developments, outlined the objectives of ongoing research, and explained the technical approaches behind their work. The laboratory demonstrations gave the Minister an opportunity to meet the team and gain a closer understanding of our Institute’s activities.
A core part of our mission is to support the technological modernisation of the Hungarian Defence Forces through defence research and technology development. Drawing on Hungary’s research expertise and the needs of military users, we develop solutions that can contribute to future military capabilities.
It was an honour for us to have the opportunity to personally present our professional activities and latest developments.
