Focus on the soldier

On June 14th, the MH Kinizsi Pál 30th Armored Infantry Brigade organized a shooting training professional day at the Zrínyi Miklós barracks in Hódmezővásárhely.

Colonel Zsolt Molnár, the unit commander, and Major Dávid Szent-Imrey, the program’s professional leader, presented the details of the pilot project’s implementation. The aim is to develop soldiers’ shooting skills, utilizing new training technology tools to achieve cost-effective use of training time and resources.

After careful preparation, the programme was carried out in cooperation with TYR Hungary and proved that the use of new technologies can significantly increase the efficiency of shooting training.

The event concluded with an interactive demonstration organised by VIKI in cooperation with companies working together with the Institute. Various technologies, such as augmented reality and mixed reality, complemented each other well, proving their great potential for future use and thus enhancing efficiency and the potential to attract young recruits.

The event proved that the development of the military and the application of advanced, cutting-edge technology must go hand in hand to increase the combat capabilities of soldiers, as our motto is “Focus on the soldier”!

We thank the teams from Infinite Hungary, Appentum, Wysio, and ARworks for their demonstration!
