Major Step in the hungarian defense and innovation: The Hungarian Defense Forces to be Strengthened with Four More Gripens, in addition, we have reached an agreement with Saab to establish a Centre of Excellence utilizing an artificial intelligence-powered virtual reality platform!
According to the decision of the hungarian government, a decision has been made to acquire an additional four JAS-39 Gripen fighter aircraft to complement the existing fleet of 14 JAS-39 Gripens. These new acquisitions will further strengthen our country’s capabilities in defending its airspace.
We have also agreed with Saab to establish a Centre of Excellence based on an artificial intelligence-powered virtual reality platform. This centre will provide an exceptional opportunity for Hungarian participation in the development of defence technologies.
The centre will not only modernise the training capabilities of the Air Force, but will also contribute to the development of Hungarian industry, science and education.
