Professional Cooperation with the HDF Joint Forces Training Centre

As part of its ongoing collaboration with the Hungarian Defence Forces, VIKI participated in testing a counter-drone live-fire procedure at the HDF Joint Forces Training Centre a, involving personnel from the Opposing Forces Company.

During the exercise, participants engaged a small, drone-towed moving target under predefined tactical parameters. The activity focused on the practical assessment of counter-drone procedures, the analysis of weapon employment effectiveness, and the identification of key factors influencing military responses to emerging drone threats.

The insights gained provide a valuable basis for refining counter-drone procedures, training methods, and future development priorities — ultimately supporting the continued strengthening of the Hungarian Defence Forces’ operational capabilities.
